Hal tersebut sebagaimana tercantum dalam  UU No 4/1997 tentang mempekerjakan satu persen penyandang disabilitas di  perusahaan, lanjut Makmur.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;“perlu segera dibentuk UU perlindungan orang dengan  kecacatan. Kedudukannya sama dengan UU perlindungan anak, Ia  berpendapat, pentingnya upaya vokasional. Tidak ada gunanya UU jika  tidak ada link and match”, ungkapnya.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;“Maka untuk hal tersebut kita harus terus berupaya  mengoptimalkan agar &lt;a href="http://kokiku-tobipuken.blogspot.com/2011/11/disabilitas-dan-pandangan-masyarakat.html"&gt;penyandang disabilitas&lt;/a&gt; juga mampu untuk bekerja  diperusahaan, dengan adanya kerjasama ini dengan mitra usaha tentunya  kita berharap adanya komitmen bersama dalam meningkatkan prosentase  penyaluran kerja dengan memberikan kesempatan terhadap tenaga kerja  Orang Dengan Kecacatan untuk bekerja pada bidang usaha sektor industri  sesuai dengan kecacatan dan kemampuannya”.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Kini rasio &lt;a href="http://endipiran.tobipuken.com/disabilitas-dan-pandangan-masyarakat.html"&gt;penyandang disabilitas&lt;/a&gt; yang dipekerjakan di  Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan dan kita terus mendorong agar  ketentuan UU itu bisa dipenuhi, tuturnya lagi, kini ada sekitar 80-an  yang sudah bekerja. Sementara sebagian lagi yang tidak terserap oleh  pasar oleh karena ingin bekerja sendiri, urainya.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://endipiran.tobipuken.com/disabilitas-dan-pandangan-masyarakat.html"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;DISABILITAS DAN PANDANGAN MASYARAKAT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;“Kementerian Sosial terus berupaya untuk  mengembangkan kemapuan layanan agar setelah mendapat pelatihan di BBRVBD  Cibinong mereka bisa diterima diperusahaan, Saya yakin, bahwa selama  kita dapat mengatur dan menempatkan kerja sesuai dengan keterbatasan dan  kompetensinya, mereka pasti bisa memberikan kontribusi yang bermanfaat  untuk kepentingan dan kemajuan perusahaan”, terangnya.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Sementara itu HRD PT Omron Manufacturing, Yuntadi  melihat masih kurangnya sosialisasi terhadap program BBRVBD  keperusahaan-perusahaan. PT Omron Manufacturing, yaitu sebuah perusahaan  elektronik. Saat ini telah mempekerjakan 32 orang BBRVBD. Sementara  yang magang 7 orang.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;"Kekhawatiran kami mempekerjakan penyandang diasabilitas  tidak terbukti. Bahkan karyawan kami yang nota bene &lt;a href="http://endipiran.tobipuken.com/disabilitas-dan-pandangan-masyarakat.html"&gt;penyandang disabilitas&lt;/a&gt;  justru memperoleh penghargaan. Dari kekurangan itu ada kelebihan,"papar  Yuntadi.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Untuk diketahui, ada sekitar 25 perusahaan baik yang  telah mempekerjakan orang dengan kecacatan maupun yang belum,  diantaranya PT. Omron Manufacturing, PT. Redi Print, PT. Indonagatomi,  PT. Rajawali Mulia Perkasa, PT. Smep Pacific, PT. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan seperti berikut :&lt;br /&gt;1 ekor ayam kampung keluarkan isi peutnya tetapi jangan di robek&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu bali lengkap (dapat dilihat disini)&lt;br /&gt;2 lembar Daun salam&lt;br /&gt;5 sdm minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt;Daun Pisang atau kelopak pinang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ayam yang sudah dibersihkan kemudian masukan bumbu bali lengkap besar, daun salam dan minyak kelapa/goreng&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tutup robekan pada ayam agar bumbu tidak keluar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Atur kepala ayam agar tidak menjubtai lalu ikat dengan tali&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Olesi bagian luar ayam dengan sisa minyak, garam dan air kunyit sampai rata.       saus tomat&lt;br /&gt;1    sdm         saus cabai&lt;br /&gt;2    siung       bawang    putih, cincang&lt;br /&gt;1    sdm         bawang bombai, cincang&lt;br /&gt;6    sdm         air&lt;br /&gt;Secukupnya garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;Campur daging dengan garam, merica, dan telur sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;Siapkan plastik/daun pisang/alumunium foil untuk  membungkus.
